Eat More Good Carbs and Less Bad Fats and Reverse Your Insulin Resistance and Diabetes

Obvious circumstances with Covid-19 virus have made a "people gathering" for my normal talks in Los Angels and Sacramento postponed this month March (2020) and indefinitely. But I was able to record my talk with audio and my Powerpoint slides so you can have even better access to the information and take you time review it.

The talk's title is "Eat MORE 'Good Carbs' & Less Fat! & Reverse Your Diabetes & Insulin Resistance." There are about 70ish slides with 4 short videos mixed in. The videos are excellent and the slides are dense with information.

Bottom line is diabetes is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States but is largely a preventable and many times reversible condition that increases the risk to all other chronic diseases. It is also one of the risk factors in those that are more susceptible to Covid-19 being more lethal to ones health. So good blood sugar control or reversing diabetes is an important thing to do for your overall health and
resistance to disease.
