Keep it simple. Eat whole, real food. Mostly plants (palm full or less of animal food daily). Move your body every single day. Yesterday driving back from Arivaca, Arizona to Tucson to catch my plane even though I had gone on a slow long walk in the foot hills earlier in the day I pulled over at a rest stop and walked/ jogged for 20 minutes. You can really move anywhere.
