Kirk’s Commentary: I went down a bit of a “rabbit hole” asking AI the question regarding the number of childhood vaccine requirements before the age of 18
1) When I was born in 1957;
2) Then when my daughter was born in 1983;
3) and children today in 2025.
I also asked AI about President Reagan’s signing of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (NCVIA) which many vaccines critiques believe was the “launching pad” for the “explosion” of childhood vaccines being recommended to children because it minimized liability to pharmaceutical companies for vaccine injury. When you just read the wording of it it sounds good as a public health policy for the consumer but in actuality it is just the opposite.
Note: It’s a bit confusing to get the “exact” amount of each individual’s vaccine accumulated dose given to the child before the age of 18, especially as combination products are included and boosters are sometimes recommended. The key point when you look at the vaccine schedules before the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act then after, you start to see a steady and dramatic increase in the number and kinds of vaccines (and combinations and “load” risk) recommended that seem to be continually added to the schedule and start nearer to the day of birth. It’s appears obvious when the liability for vaccine injury was taken off the pharmaceutical companies that was the key to “opening the gates” of administering more vaccines to children not as a matter of public health, especially when you read the unpublished Henry Ford Study.

Common sense tells you something is not right with this ever increasing vaccine schedule noting the general health decline of our children. Yes the massive consumption of ultraprocessed foods, lack of exercise and addiction to electronics are probably major contributors to poor childhood health and future chronic disease, but the dramatic increase in number of vaccines recommended to our children since 1986 suggest economic and political forces between pharma and government, and world-wide Geo-politics that keep the “vaccine religion” going leading.

Excellent Recent Books on Vaccine History, Safety and Policy…
1) Vaccines, Amen: The Religion of Vaccines, September 4, 2025. A must read written by lawyer Aaron Siri who defends vaccine injured individuals and their families. Just reading the Introduction, Chapter 12 The “Science”, and Conclusion provides and abundant amount of information regarding the injustices knowingly perpetrated by vaccine manufactures and medical professionals against injured individual’s and there families and the “religiosity” regarding belief in vaccines from medical professionals and the ProVax public. Also in Chapter 12 he reviews the results of the Henry Ford Health unpublished study by Dr. Marcus Zervos and colleagues of 18,468 subjects (1957 non-vaxed and 16,511 vaxed) showing the vaccinated group compared to the non-vaccinated group had a 153% increased risk for asthma, 325% for autoimmune disease, 203% for atopic disease, 31% for eczema and 453% for neurodevelopmental disorders. (to get the % increase take the HR – 1 x 100% ). The overall probability for being FREE of a chronic health condition at the 10 year followup was 43% for the vaccinated group and 83% for the non-vaccinated individuals.
2) A perfect complement to this book is Vaccines: Mythology, Ideology, and Reality , July 2025 by Peter McCullough, MD and John Leake. Excellent historical review of vaccine development from their inception to the present day through the debate on childhood vaccine injury, Autism, and through Covid 19 vaccine’s roll-out, lack of effectiveness, harm and probable creation as a bioweapon. Their “Vaccine History Timeline” is outstanding in-and-of itself highlighted in my opinion by the passage of the “1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act” giving liability protection to vaccine makers in the event of their products causing injury or death and chronicling the Covid 19 vaccine creation, distribution and harm.

VACCINE COMPENSATION – ESTIMATES BANKRUPTING U.S. GOVERNMENT? – Del Bigtrees’s Review of the History of 1996 Vaccine Compensation Act’s effect in the U.S. and how if vaccine injury payments would be paid out it would bankrupt the United States. THIS IS INCREDIBLY INFORMATIVE AND “MIND NUMBING” – A MUST WATCH. The only link I Could find was on “X” (Twitter). It is 29:10 min:sec.
1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program VICA) came from the vaccine industry telling Ronald Reagan they could not make money and continue with vaccine production because of lawsuit payments from vaccine injury cases. This was not a denial that vaccine injury was occurring. So the act switched the liability to the Federal Government versus the individual pharmaceutical companies. Reagan did not want to get rid of vaccines and also he wanted to be prepared for future vaccines needed for bio-warfare protection.
This was to be a “no fault” Federal Government program where the individual would be paid by the government through a tax supported system. Initially the Federal Government were paying for vaccine injury, like the development of Autism with compensation of 5 million dollars. The Federal Government didn’t realize how many cases that the pharmaceutical industry had against them with these payments of 5 million dollars. In 2000 there was 5000 cases of Autism to be compensated at 5 millions dollars per case (5000 x $5,000,000 = $25 BILLION). That could bankrupt parts of the government if all were paid. They created The Omnibus Autism Proceeding a special legal process within the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (the “Vaccine Court”) designed to efficiently handle thousands of claims alleging a link between vaccines and autism.
The court selected six cases out of 5000 claims to evaluate the scientific evidence. If any one of these cases of Autism were found to be caused by vaccines then all 5000 cases would have their day in court to present their case. The Government’s incentive was to prove in court that none of these 6 Autism cases were caused by vaccines. The first case was thrown out. The second case was Hannah Poling daughter of a neurologist who worked at the same academic institution as expert vaccine witness Andrew Zimmerman, MD who didn’t believe that vaccines causes Autism. Dr. Jon Poling wouldn’t have believed that vaccines could cause Autism but it happened to his daughter. The Governments vaccine specialist and expert witness (Andrew Zimmerman, MD) look at Hannah’s case and stated that a mitochondrial disorder resulted in inflammation and encephalopathy and this could explain the development of Autism. Even though he was one of the world’s experts on vaccines (Dr. Zimmerman) Hannah’s case was settled separate from the pool of these 6 cases for atleast 20 million dollars. You will see Sanjay Gupta, MD CNN neurologist interview Dr. Jon Poling another neurologist who states that his daughter’s Autism was definitely triggered by vaccines probably through excess inflammation and subsequent encephalopathy caused by the vaccine load. Then latter you see him in clip where Dr. Gupta says “were are not sure what causes Autism but we know vaccines do not.” So Hannah Poling’s case was taken out of the vaccine injury cue of these 6 cases and settled separately. The lawyers told Dr. Andrew Zimmerman they would not be using him as an expert witness to testify when he told them that he believed Hannah’s Autism was caused by a mitochondrial defect and triggered by the vaccine. Another case was found to have a mitochondrial disorder but used Dr. Zimmerman’s old prior statements regarding vaccines not causing Autism (not his new awareness that some Autism could be triggered by vaccines if an individual had a mitochondrial defect) were used by Government lawyers to dismiss the claim. All the rest of the cases were treated in the same way using Dr. Zimmerman’s old statements even though he had changed his mind and was not allowed to be an expert witness (this is according to the story as told be Del Bigtree in this video).
Potentially the payout for those 5000 cases of Autism at 5 million per case would be “$25 BILLION”. This was in 2007. Right now there is only about $4-5 billion in the VICP trust! This was potentially just for Autism compensation not any other vaccine injury. This could possibly wipe out the CDC, HHS, USDA, FDA budgets or maybe even the U.S. Government itself. When Del shared these numbers with former Congressman Jason Chaffetz, Chaffetz said “Where does this end?” What would a 25 billion dollar bill in 2007 be now? And this was only for Autism injury from vaccines not other injuries?
Del Bigtree tries to bring these “mind blowing” figures to the present day. Just taking California which has an Autism rate of 1 in 19 children (Gov. Gavin Newsom says it’s just because California has superior Autism screening mechanisms not because California with its strict vaccination laws is creating more Autism). If we extrapolate that incidence to all the children in the United States (73,100,000) with California’s Autism diagnostic rate (1 in 19) that is ~ 3.85 million cases of Autism in the United States. The cost of raising those children with Autism (5 million per case) is an estimate 19 trillion 237 billion dollars. The present U.S. national debt is over 38 trillion (Bigtree said 30 trillion). Add 20 trillion to this just for Autism? That’s a 58 trillion dollars in debt! This might bankrupt the country. Even if half that compensation was given for vaccine injury, this alone could possibly bring down countries economically.
Also in this video lawyer Aaron Siri (Amen, Vaccine) is getting a deposition from vaccine expert Dr. Kathryn Edwards, August 25, 2020. She is asked whether there is any studies for a variety of individual vaccines showing they cause autism. She says no. Then he asks if there are any studies that show vaccines don’t cause autism. She says also says no.
Del Bigtree leaves the audience with the question that if our U.S. Government and the governments of the world do the studies on vaccines and Autism or on other vaccine induced injuries do they already know the cost to their country to compensate these vaccine injured people is not feasible to pay back because it would bankrupt their countries?
