I will give you a hint...it's not about how many hours you sit in your recliner chair and watch TV!
I am absolutely not saying don't go to the gym! I go almost every day....BUT you should not make your life too "convenient" at home. Constant, low intensity household work can burn a lot of calories each day! We call this "Non-Exercise" Exercise!!! It adds up!
